You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the app. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes.
All app design, code, and original content are the property of Claya LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Literary quotes are sourced from public domain or licensed works and remain the property of their respective rights holders.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claya LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. We recommend maintaining regular device backups.
